Grievance & Complaints Policy
How to raise a complaint about any FCO activity, and how it is acknowledged, reviewed and resolved.
FCO Assessment Foundation takes every complaint seriously. This policy explains what can be raised, how to raise it, and how the matter is handled.
What Can Be Raised
- Assessments, results, reports and certificates
- Student safety and safeguarding concerns
- Conduct of staff, volunteers or representatives
- School and institutional partnership matters
- Payments, refunds and receipts
- Website, account and technical issues
- Privacy and data-handling concerns
- Program conduct and communication
How to Submit a Complaint
Use the complaint form on this page, or write to support@fcofoundation.org or call +91 8341427788. Please include your name, contact details, the category of concern and a clear description. Supporting documents may be sent by email.
Our Process
- Submission โ the complaint is received through the form, email or phone.
- Acknowledgement โ we confirm receipt and record the complaint.
- Review โ the relevant records and program details are examined.
- Investigation โ where required, we speak with the people involved.
- Resolution โ a decision or corrective action is determined.
- Communication โ the outcome is communicated to the complainant.
Confidentiality and Fair Handling
Complaints are handled confidentially and shared only with those who need to be involved. Both the complainant and any individual named are treated fairly, and complaints raised in good faith do not attract retaliation.
Urgent Safeguarding Matters
Any complaint involving the safety or wellbeing of a child or student is treated as urgent and escalated immediately under the Child & Student Safeguarding Policy. Call +91 8341427788 for urgent matters.
If You Are Not Satisfied
If the outcome does not resolve the concern, you may request a further review by writing to support@fcofoundation.org with the original reference and the reason for the review request.
