Website Usage and Eligibility
The website is intended for students, parents and guardians, educators, schools and institutions, volunteers, donors and other stakeholders. Where a program specifies a class, age or category requirement, only eligible participants may register for it. Registrations on behalf of a minor must be made or approved by a parent, guardian or the participating institution.
Registration and Account Responsibilities
- Information submitted during registration must be accurate and complete.
- Accounts are personal and must not be shared or used by another individual.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Any activity carried out through your account is treated as your responsibility.

Parent, Guardian and Institutional Responsibilities
Parents, guardians and participating institutions are responsible for supervising a student's participation where appropriate, providing consent where required, and ensuring that the details submitted for the student are correct.
Assessment Participation
Participation in an assessment is subject to our Assessment Policy, including rules on integrity, evaluation and results. Assessment schedules, formats and procedures may be modified where reasonably necessary.
Intellectual Property and Website Content
The FCO name, logo, website content, question papers, assessment methodology, reports, certificates, educational material and platform interface belong to FCO Assessment Foundation or its licensors, and are covered by our Intellectual Property Policy.
Prohibited Activities
- Misuse of the assessment platform in any form
- Attempting to manipulate assessment results or rankings
- Unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data
- Automated scraping, spamming or other system abuse
- Uploading malicious files or attempting to disrupt the service
- Impersonation of another individual, school or organisation
- Any unlawful or fraudulent activity
Third-Party Links and Services
The website may link to or use third-party services such as payment gateways, cloud providers and analytics tools. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and FCO is not responsible for the content or policies of independent external websites.
Service Availability and Modification
