Partnerships
School & Institutional Partnership Policy
How FCO works with government schools, private schools, junior colleges and other institutions, and what each side is responsible for.
FCO Assessment Foundation partners with government schools, private schools, junior colleges, educational institutions and other learning organisations to deliver assessments, student development and educational awareness programs.
Partnership Objectives
Partnerships are formed to support student learning, assessment, guidance, communication and future-skills awareness. FCO's school programs primarily focus on student development, educational awareness, assessments and learning support, and do not automatically imply infrastructure funding or physical asset support.
FCO Responsibilities
- Provide clear program information, schedules and requirements
- Conduct assessments and sessions in a professional and respectful manner
- Follow our safeguarding, privacy and conduct policies
- Share applicable reports and certificates as agreed for the program
- Communicate any change in schedule or scope in advance where possible
Institution Responsibilities
- Provide accurate institution and student participation details
- Confirm institutional consent for the program
- Obtain parent or guardian consent where applicable
- Provide a suitable venue, schedule slot and supervision where required
- Support fair conduct of the assessment and report concerns promptly
Student Participation and Consent
Student participation is arranged through the institution. Where a program involves minors, parental or guardian consent is obtained where applicable, in addition to institutional consent.
Data Sharing and Confidentiality
Student data shared with FCO is used only for the agreed program and reporting purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy. Institution-level information shared in confidence is not disclosed publicly without permission. Reports are shared with the institution and, where applicable, the parent or student.
Assessment Coordination and Communication
A coordinator is identified on both sides for scheduling, registration, logistics and communication of results. Program communication with students and parents is routed through the institution wherever appropriate.
Branding and Logo Usage
Neither party may use the other's name, logo or branding beyond the agreed program context without prior written permission. Public communication about the partnership should be accurate and must not overstate the scope of the engagement.
Certificates and Reports
Certificates and reports are issued according to the criteria applicable to the specific program, as set out in our Certificate & Recognition Policy.
Photography and Media Permissions
Photography or video during a program requires institutional permission and, for minors, parental or guardian consent where applicable, in line with our Photography, Video & Media Policy.
Scheduling, Cancellation and Postponement
Programs may be rescheduled or postponed by either side for genuine operational reasons, with as much notice as reasonably possible. Where a program cannot proceed, both sides work to identify an alternative date.
Termination of Partnership
Either party may end a partnership with reasonable notice. Obligations relating to confidentiality, student data and completed program deliverables continue after termination.
